Jeanene's professional modeling livelihood began at age fifteen when an acclaimed German photographer visiting Paradise Island in the Bahamas, saw Jeanene - and her long limbs - in a tree picking grapefruits and persuaded her to pose for a local magazine cover. The layout that followed was a startling success and after signing with an agency, Fox found herself the Bahama's most sought after subject for print, runway and commercial work. But the islands would become too small for such long limbs. Her striking exotic looks and natural prowess on the catwalks and in photos paved the way for a steady stream of advertising and runway opportunities around the world
